All our swimwear and lingerie is developed and manufactured in our Barcelona atelier using sustainable fabrics and eco-friendly methods, keeping our carbon footprint as low as possible. We can support you at every process stage from pattern development to bulk production.

Our services include:

Our manufacturing process

  • Development

    This stage includes pattern making, toiling (prototype garment creation), and sampling. We’ll develop the first pattern, create a toile, and produce a first sample to ensure the fit and design are exactly as you envision.

  • Grading

    Once the pattern and samples are finalised, we move on to grading. This involves scaling the pattern to different sizes to ensure consistency across your size range. Grading is charged per size.

  • Production

    Once the pattern is finalised and graded, we proceed with the bulk production of your swimwear. This includes cutting, making, and trimming (CMT) your garments, using your chosen fabric and trims.

LOW MOQs and ON-DEMAND production

For production, our MOQ is 50 units per style, minimum 6 styles, which can be distributed as follows:

For example:

  • 6 styles x 50 units per style = 300 units

  • 2 styles x 150 units = 300 units

  • 4 styles x 75 units = 300 units

  • 1 style x 300 units = 300 units

Each style (e.g., bikini tops, bottoms, swimsuits) counts as 1 style.

You can also split the MOQ between different colourways.  If you're planning more than 2 colours, we recommend ordering a minimum of 100 units per style to ensure enough stock in each colour/size.

  • Fabrics and trims Sourcing Service

    We offer a wide range of fabrics in various colours and textures, including plain, matte, crinkle, rib, shiny, towelling, and honeycomb.

    At your request, we can print fabric with your designs and desired colors.

    You can expect around 3-4 bikini sets per metre and 1 to 1.5 swimsuits per metre.

    Please note, due to our current workload, we are only offering consultations to clients who have received a quote and are ready to proceed. Please email us your designs for a quote.

  • Patterns

    One round of FREE pattern amendments are included.

    Prices start from 90€ for a basic bikini or swimsuit style.

    Additional amendments are charged at 55€ per hour.

  • Toiles/Samples:

    The cost of fabric and trimmings is not included and will be added to the sample price.

    1st toile prices start from 90€ for a basic style and proto sample from 80€ per style

  • Grading

    Grading is charged per size and depends on the style’s complexity. Prices start at 65€ per size and style

*Please note, timelines are an estimate. Larger orders (above 1000 units) may take longer, so plan accordingly. Starting your collection early will ensure you have ample time for development without rushing.
